1. Order Cancellation

2. Refund Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt of the product.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
